I can see decorations, run the dungeon, but there are no quests anywhere. My only guess is you have to have the current expansion to participate in holidays (I don’t have Dragonflight), but if that were the case, why was I able to do a bunch of Lunar Festival stuff over the weekend? Anyone know what’s going on here?
There seems to be an issue within the horde side claiming they are not able to see the quest givers. yet on the Alliance site (which I just ran the quest in WoTLK) without issues. So lets make sure what server/realm you’re on. But some versions like retail have more items than WoTLK. it’s unclear if this event was secluded to be on classic era or SoD.
The daily quests have not been activated yet for some reason. the NPC to turn in the quest “Love is in the Air” is not up yet but for some reason we are able to start the quest. it’s a bug but blizz hasnt posted an update on when they will fix it. Not even wowhead will post about the daily quests being bugged.
Re located outside of Stormwind and Orgimmar. Vendor is there too.
I didn’t know until I saw this:
Well, now I feel dumb, lol. Tysm for your quick response.
Wish they would fix this they are taking a day away from us ya its 1 day but what if its not fixed tomorrow either
There are there for my Alliance toons but nowhere to be found on Horde side.
This is going to lead to unhappy folks who can’t get the most tokens each day available. Blizzard is going to have to fix this and give free tokens to Horde for missing the quests during a limited holiday event.
This should such poor oversight on the developers part.
It’s what happens when stuff is released with zero testing, and they expect us to do the testing for them.
from the reports the npc is a phasing bug kind of hard to test something like that
yeah. Shes just not there. At least the 130-140 (Depending on dungeon drop) is there. So Horde is just missing the 30 of the 2 dailies
No it’s not…see how obvious it is? They could have these things called QA testers to do this sort of thing. Too bad Bobby fired them all.
Sorry it is called sloppy and unprofessional. So is allowing player to remain mounted in quest areas. The guy in front of Shadowfang can’t be accessed because you have players on dragons sitting on him.
The developers know there is a group of sissy players who love to grief others. Why did they not implement the no mount area?
it is working just fine on Alliance, but is broken on Horde
Blizzard has always done their testing and development with Alliance characters, I’m sure it was tested internally. (as Alliance)
My new Level 70 cant even que for the dungeon part of love is in the air, anyone know why?
Boosted? If so:
- If you used a level boost on your character, you cannot cannot queue for Timewalking or Holiday dungeons for 24 hours
To be fair, this is Blizzard. This kind if thing happens when they do do testing. Like, a lot.
Actually I think there was a tauren NPC missing from the road in Durotar for me and I have been playing horde since classic, but the goblin standing under the banner still gave me the chain that leads to the dungeon quest.
No I don’t see any blue ! . but i havent checked today yet.
if i had a guess , I think there might be an issue with the quest to start legion, as I have a Dalaran hearthstone already, but the NPC that sends me to Dalaran is still standing at the crossroads by the gate.
I had this problem on all my horde characters and reported it on the bug forum and in game on the 5th.
After reset, the toons who had picked up the quest were able to see Songhoof and turn it in. Haven’t had time to play to see if it cleared up for my other toons.
But seems from the bug forums it may still be happening. I say Blizzard has an Alliance bias.
