This is why untested content left off the PTR as a “surprise” is a bad idea, IMHO.

Update ! after patch .53262 Mahaja Cloudsong NPC has appeared on the road in Duratar and is working! She gave me the intro quest to the 2 dailies and they both worked great!

I can’t get all the dailies with a bunch of my ALLIANCE characters either. I can only do 3 quests a day each. Unless I start a new character for first time. Then I get to start the event. But not all quests are showing or all quest givers. Can’t find Peddlefeet at all or the lady vendor with him. Inside or outside. I contacted customer support and they told me the same thing they always tell me. Clear cache, clear addons, go to forums etc… I wondered if it was the fact that the Lunar Festival was on at same time.
