No loot from Illidan in Black Temple

I killed Illidan in Black Temple on 4/13/2022, but got no loot from his corpse or from my mail, how can I get my loot back?

You can possibly pop a ticket in and ask them to check the loot logs.

You can submit a ticket and have Blizzard check for eligible loot.
