I wasn’t ready and was dead and the team rushed and tagged Fyrakk. Was locked out and didn’t get nothing from the boss and it counted as a Fyrakk kill so I can’t restart it. Is this a bug or is this working as intended? This was in Looking for Raid. I didn’t get a chance to roll on gear.

Unfortunately, you actually have to get a tap in - to be on the loot list.

Really? Why is that a thing?
Because it’s reasonable to require those who receive loot have to have at the very least participated in the kill. If not, such as just standing in a corner, no loot is given.

I was dead. And wasn’t ready. Losing out on loot cause people are in a massive hurry. I couldn’t rez cause they tagged the boss.
Well, at least reset is tomorrow. So you’ll not have to wait a full week out to try again. I’m sorry it happened, but at least it happened on the best day possible?

Then that should be shared over on the raids forum or through the in-game suggestion and user interface if you’d like to put that suggestion to the Devs. Unfortunately they don’t come to this forum to collect data.

Game is almost 20 years old. Raids and loot should have it together by now. I’m just upset I got ripped from loot cause people couldn’t wait a couple minutes.

Not sure what you expect, it’s rather straightforward; You didn’t tag the boss, where you’d be on the loot table. Even then, there isn’t an 100% guarantee you’d get something from the boss. The game being 20 years old doesn’t have anything to do with you not being on the loot table.

I don’t know how about a 2-3 minute grace time to actually get there to tag the boss to get on the loot table. Instead of being locked out.
As was said, you should express your dissatisfaction and share your suggestions someplace where it would help.

I only posted it here cause I thought customer service would help. Not sure what good customer service is if they can’t help.
I feel like I got scammed out of loot cause I was dead at the last boss. And people were already pulling Fyrakk.

If it was LFR or what have you if you wiped on fyrakk when you release you end up on the platform your fighting on. So maybe your raidmates did not want to waste time rezing you.
Nothing can really be done, if your not on the loot table for the boss then you get nothing. Yet your in there so you got saved to the boss.

You didn’t. Good intentions or not, right or wrong, your fault or not, you didn’t participate in the Fyrakk kill.
If they started handing out loot to people who didn’t participate, then you’d have millions of players demanding loot.
And what is your solution for loot? Take something away from the people who did participate and won rolls? Just create more loot out of thin air?

They would help if that is something that can be helped with. In this case there is nothing anyone can do. Hopefully next time you will not get a group that will wait for you. Still not sure why you where dead and yet everyone else was ready and got the kill.

How did the rest of the group get there and you didn’t? Instead for the 30 mins just stay focused, get the kill and leave. You didn’t tag so no loot, pay more attention next time.
