Anyone else having issues with Archimonde despawning and not giving loot (not even in the mail)? I run this every week for the mount attempt on Mythic. 5 or 6 times in the past 2 months the boss despawns. I have sent messages to Blizzard and received no responses. My ticket is still open too. Since most of Hellfire Citadel is soloable except for this boss I have been running solo mostly. Several occasions others in the group have not gotten loot either. One guy claimed to get something in his mailbox. But going 5 times with nothing, not even gold is saying there is a problem in my opinion. Wondering why I never get responses to my ingame reports?

There is never a guarantee of a response, especially dependent on where you reached out.
You’ll want to wait on this, there is nothing anyone on the forums can do for you.
Emphasis mine. If you’re talking about Bug Reports, the only time you’re going to get a response is if QA needs more information for replication. It is still one of the best options you have to bring it to dev attention, if they can indeed replicate it.

Was this on another account? I’m not seeing any contact on this one in over a year.
i always do this solo, but i’ve done it nearly weekly for the last few months and never had him despawn, we fall down to that second platform deal, i kill him, then i end up back on the main platform with his sparkly corpse. possible you’re killing him extremely fast and it is bugging out?

I just killed Archimode on Mythic and his body despawned. No mail either. This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks this has happened.

The advice in the post just above yours given a year ago is more than likely your problem you cannot burn him down.
if you burn him into the second phase you’re going to end up with no corpse and no loot.
make sure when you go into the second phase he has plenty of hit points and just slowly take him down, you’re in no danger of dying

I just killed him and I faced the bug…

THe CS forum, namely the blues here, are unable to give loot, reset raids and the like. If you wish to see this bug get look at, best to do such on the bug report form. Mind you, it’s mainly a one way street. They’re very unlikely to reply to it.
