As far as I could tell, the decor quests from ‘The Last Architect’ were daily repeatable on each character, and once per neighborhood/faction, as I was able to do them two days in a row.
Now I am unable to see those quests on any of my characters account wide. I disabled all addons, reloaded ui, and even tried on a character I believe had not done any, and I am not seeing any.
I am uncertain why I can no longer see them on any character. Is this a quest bug or were they not actually intended to be repeatable dailies?

I have the same issue, but only on my horde characters. The quest stopped showing after “floating” my house. I reset my house but still no quest. My Alliance toons still show the quest.
As posted by Dorn: check that you have turned in the quests. I found that my horde main hadn’t turned in the quest. Once I completed the quest, my alts were able to pick up the quests.

I think he might be bugged. I have a floating mage house on the alliance side and I have a regular fortress on the hoard side and I did notice that the quest repeats exactly 24 hours later and not just resets every morning at 8 AM. So when I did my first quest at 7:33 PM now I know I have to wait until after 7:33 PM every night until the next quest is available. I did not look last night so I cannot be certain that there was or was not a quest waiting for me. But it certainly sounds like a bug.

The Last Architect is very inconsistent in questing giving. On the Horde side, I havent had a quest from him in over a week. I check mulitple times a day. BUT on the Alliance side, I get daily multiple quests. I just did 5 quests with 5 different Alliance toons. I rec’d 5 different quests and pieces of furniture w/in 15 minutes. I ran out of Alliance toons or I would have kept on.

Does that quest ever drop items I can’t just buy from one of the vendors?

I like to do them cuz the furniture is “free”, saves me gold for other items. Only take a few minutes cuz Wowhead will give you treasure cords! Easy peasy! And free!
Same here - it actually started prior to maintenance last night and is still present after. Yesterday only a few alts could not get the daily treasure quest but today (tues) it’s none of them.

Check your toons to see if one still has the quest ready to be turned in. I’ve done the treasure hunt on a bunch of alts, and once or twice I’ve actually forgotten to click the chest after digging it up to turn in the quest, logged out, and then couldn’t pick up another treasure hunt on the same faction.
After logging back into a previous toon that I thought I had completed it, the quest had not actually been turned in, and the chest was no longer there. I abandoned and was able to get another one, turn the quest in, and then my other toons could again pick up the quest.

I just finished another 5 Last Architect quests on Alliance that made 10 today. BUT my Horde Last Architect didnt offer even one quest. This has been going on for over 1 1/2 weeks. Definitely scoring on Alliance side tho
Exact issue for me. A few hours before maintenance the “decor treasure hunt” quests no longer available. On any toons. Period. Horde or alliance.

SAME here. have ten toons I was doing them on and yesterday only 3 of my toons had a quest available…today NONE of them had a quest. I am ready to say forget this stupid housing mess. Blizz needs to get their act together…

I went through all my Horde toons in case I did this but alas, after more than 2 hours (i have a lot of alts lol) I found none with an unfinished quest. I would have thought it would only block the one who hadn’t turned it in anyway but.. stuff happens so I thought I’d check. Still, after today’s extra maintenance none of my Horde characters can pick up the quest for Housing decor treasure finding - more than half of my Alliance alts (don’t have many of those but still.. it’s a pattern) CAN get it but not all of them.

The housing zones are Sanctuary – you can have a house in the opposite faction area or just visit and etc. The only thing that happens is your toon is cross-faction is a little shade from the local NPCs (“Behave yourself” etc)

Wanted to update that I also submitted a ticket in game two days ago, and received a reply stating:
“I’ve checked our knowledge base and there are no bugs in the mechanics of decor quests, you should be able to get them every day. I would ask you to spend a few minutes of your time to report this error through the in-game feature, this will give our developers more information to fix it as soon as possible.

I understand that this is an unfortunate outcome and, I sincerely hope, that you’ll have the best of luck in Azeroth and outside of it.”
And the ticket was closed. 
Going to see if there is another way to submit a ticket, since I still have no daily decor quests account wide.
What I’ve found is that you can only have one active treasure hunt quest from each neighborhood at a time as they are warband quests. A separate section in the quest log for neighborhoods. I took the quest on toon a, then logged in to b, c, and d. Completed the quest on toon d. And then was able to get a new one on b, c, and d.
As a side note it did grant xp to toon d twice so Blizzard may want to look into that as a potential leveling exploit. And it doesn’t say it’s a warband quest in the quest window but only in the log.
Can’t say if this will work for anyone else but it did for me. There is a treasure hunt add on available through curse forge as well.

I tired this and it worked. My horde can pick up the quest in the Alliance neighborhood - so maybe it’s MY neighborhood (Iron Spine Oasis) that’s bugged and not the characters.
