I’m using an add on now. Even easier than wowhead. As soon as I get the quest a map pin automatically drops.

That’s funny cuz I’ve been reporting it daily on all my Horde toons who never are offered the quest.
Not getting them on Horde for several days now, didn’t think to check Alliance until I saw this thread, but now that I have I am not getting on my Alliance toons either.
The add on that I use is Decor Treasure Hunt. There’s at least a couple more with a curse forge search of Decor. Also a few interesting options searching under Housing.

Yea I have the same issue, and I only have 1 house. I did the first one (roses are red…), turned it in and nothing else ever again. I will check to see if perhaps another alt picked it up and I didn’t pay attention but I am pretty sure that is not the case.
I had this same problem on my alliance main toon. Finally after reading this thread sure enough I had an alt who had this quest active. I finished it on my alt and the quest was once again showing up for everyone.

I’m hoping this is the issue for me, and I didn’t pay attention. I’ll know better tonight once I log in to the game.

I ran into this issue on the Beta. This is the solution I had as well. You can’t get a new quest until you have finished it on any chars that have it. So, basically you can do one at a time and need to do it before another alt can do it. I think.
I had to go find the alt that had the quest still, and drop it. Then quests worked again for my chars. Might have needed a daily reset … I don’t quite remember.
I just make sure to turn them in now or drop them before logging out of an alt.
If that does not work, then it is def a bug. Please remember the way to submit bug reports is via the in-game tool or the Bug Report forum. Not tickets. CS does not handle bugs or pass them on to QA. They are mostly Billing and Account access.

Chances are high you have a char with the Horde quest active on it. You need to finish that quest or drop it before the Horde guy offers more quests.
Please do not. The CS team does not handle game bugs and are not the team to send bug reports to. They can’t make the quests pop up for you and they don’t work with QA on bugs.
You have to use the in-game bug report tool or the Bug Report forum to pass bugs to QA.
The quest seems to be warband wide per faction so chances are you have a char with the quest still - which is why other won’t get offered it until you drop or finish it on the char that has it.

I thought I had mentioned I’d checked every Horde character I own for an incomplete housing quest and none of them had one after someone else mentioned this..

I won’t submit any more tickets, I was unaware they were not helpful in this situation, thanks for the heads up!
I have checked every character I have multiple times to ensure I am not on the quest on any of them, so that doesn’t seem to be the issue in my case.
Saw in another thread I had commented on:
It’s possibly a limited daily per this person testing, and once you have every furnishing, it disappears from every character.

Checked doing 3 alliance treasure hunts using the Decor Treasure Hunt add on. The toons completed 19, 20, and 21 of 50 available per the add on. I don’t know how helpful that is but it is information at least.
Double checked every horde character, none had an open quest. No Quest started this A.M. after I had already done two horde ones, so ??? My horde are able to go to my alliance house and get the quest though. Whatever is going on is really weird and I can’t figure out the combination that is causing this.
Based on comments in another thread seems there is a limit of 50 quests per faction neighbourhood.
So that’s 50 in Founder’s Point and 50 in Razorwind Shores. So if you aren’t getting any more quests in one faction neighbourhood, try the other one.
The quests are warbound in the sense that Horde can do the quests in Founder’s Point and Alliance can do quests in Razorwind Shores
Same. Went through a million Horde alts…nothing. I only have two Alliance toons and each of them was able to get the quest. So frustrating.

Same here. I can do it on one or two characters and then it goes away on subsequent characters. Both sides.
I have had the same issue since a few hours before maintenance on 12/9. NONE of my toons are offered “Decor Treasure Hunt” quest. I have checked multiple times on different days, visually and using search in quest log. NO toons are offered the quest on either alliance or horde. This is not an issue of a toon having an incomplete quest. I have moved all toons out of housing zone. Still nothing. Tried everything suggested. Still nothing. Have reported bug via support bug/feedback in game, twice.
Yesterday I did 4 Horde quests and 5 Alliance quests. All granting housing items. I personally stopped cuz I got bored.
I’ve come to the conclusion that this is a capped quest, even though we’ve had no information from Blizz about it. That is allows for a player to get all the listed items (including duplicates due to RNG, on both factions) but when you get the last item (on the hidden list) it stops. I’ve stopped looking now and just ignore the guy.
