No longer gaining trader tender

I was at 975 collected, needed 25 more to get the crests. Did one of the anniversary duties that had me go around and wave at guests. Got the 25 so I was sitting at 1000/2000 on the adventure log. Prior to doing this duty for the crests, I was at 310 tender remaining, so that should have brought me to 335. It didn’t. So I went to do another duty and battled 3 classic pet masters. That should have rewarded 100. I got the pop up and now the balance in my log shows 1100/2000, however there are no tender for me to loot from the chest, and the balance when I talk to the NPC is still at 310. When I hover over my balance at the NPC it says I have tender to get from doing the duties but again, there is nothing there. So what am I missing here? I thought this month was suppose to allow us to gain more tender? Why have it as 2000 the max but unable to gain past the 1000? Please help. Also I checked my balances on my virtual wallet and these transactions past the last time I looted the 125 from the chest are not reflected.

Edit to add - I did try logging out multiple times and changing characters to check but nothing helped.

It’s because the bonus has 2 steps above the normal 500 you earn normally for activities.

To earn 250 tender, you have to complete up to 1500 total points in activities, then you earn another 250 tender from 1501 to 2000 points.

So do you mean that even though I am currently at 1250, once I get to 1500 I will then obtain the tender? I guess I didn’t notice it was 250 after the first 1000 since its 125 prior. That makes more sense.

Yes. I already completed the month, so can’t visualize it in a screen cap.

That is ok I understand what you mean now that I am looking at it, I do see the 250 and 250 markers after the crest reward. Thank you!
