Hello! I bought * a dark portal pass *, but the button to increase the character level does not appear. The order status is written as Order Status–Complete. I created and deleted a new character as recommended and also cleaned the cache folder, none of which helped.
The boost takes a little bit to show up but shouldn’t take more than about an hour or so.
When it does show up, it will be on your character select screen in The Burning Crusade Classic version of the game.
If it doesn’t show up in within 24 hours, you’ll want to open a ticket for Purchase Failure.

Are you still not seeing the boost from the Dark Portal Pass, Mitza? If not, have you tried resetting your password? That can help force the account status to update.

I reset the account password, created and deleted a new character in the character selection window several times. Checked the game using the * check and restore * button … Nothing helped = ( I also noticed that when I entered the game, I was not offered to sign the EULA .
I am very upset…
Just to be sure, you’re logging into the Burning Crusade Classic game, not just WoW Classic right??
It should show up in the top right side of the screen (just to the left of where your character list starts).

Sure! I enter TBC (he is selected in my battle net) My character since pre-patch has been selected as tbc world character
I’m looking into the order a bit more, Mitza. We may need to have you submit a Purchase Failure ticket to get this straightened out but I wanted to check on something. I’ll update soon.

I think I figured out what may have happened. It looks like you don’t actually play from the North American region but another region. Your Battle.net account is actually registered to that region and from what I can see when you purchased the Dark Portal Pass you did so for your EU WoW license, not the one for this region.
You do have the boost, but it is waiting for you on the EU license. You’ll likely want to submit a refund request, Mitza. The Dark Portal Pass needs to be purchased from the North American shop.
