I am off today. I was planning to run keys all day. Very excited about the new season, I run my first m0, no key. My guildies say I have to go pickup “The Great Vault” quest to receive one, so I do that and run another m0… No key. I think maybe I’ll try to run an m+ and see if I get a key from that, NOPE. Run 2 more, still nothing.
Log on my alt druid, dont even bother picking up quest and get a key first m0.
Please, PLEASE fix this. This is really putting a huge damper on something I was so extremely excited for.

Same thing happened to me as well. I ran 2 mythic 0’s and no key but other members got it. It was a cross-faction group if that has anything to do with it, with me being Alliance.
Just happened to someone in my guild in an all guild run as well.
Just happened to me also. No key from doing either normal mythics or doing M+
Just happened to me as well, completed a +2 Nokhud via the group finder, was not rewarded a key at the end, cannot claim one from the key vendor. The Great Vault DOES show that I completed the key.
we are also seeing this same thing with some of our guild members.
Ran M0 and multiple M+. Still no keystone. Not in bags, not in bank, not in mailbox, and no NPC to give one.
What a joke.
Also had this happen. Kind of ruined the plan for the day of pushing my own key.

Same thing for me. Multiple keys ran without having a key drop for myself yet either. i’ve also not gotten any loot besides primal chaos
Same, myself and one other member of a guild group did not and still have not received keys.
This really puts a damper on the one thing a lot of people enjoy. Hopefully we can get this fixed soon?
@blizzard support did a third m+, searched my bags searched my vault. we reviewed the logs of the mythic zero we did together and everyone got one but me. I only got a titan IV matrix, no keystone. there is no mail. i reset my ui by renaming WTF interface and cache folders to OLD (which btw does nothing). I reset my CVARS to default, etc. none of that has to do with the fact that the boss did not drop a dungeon key, and non are in my bags. this happened with the launch of the last expansion as well. also i spoke with the m+ NPC by great vault in thaldrakken, no option for keystone
makes for a pretty frustrating mythic+ experience, as a top 1% mythic+ player, makes it hard to push in pugs
Same bug here, this needs to get fixed ASAP.

same here. ticket opened but 11 days 6 hours until I get a response. What a wonderful first day m+ push this has been.
I got a response and it literally told me to try to run other peoples keys, and post on the bug report forums. LOL.

I entirely understand the frustration of not getting a Keystone, especially since the season just started. Customer Support cannot manually grant functional Keystones to characters, but I do recommend reporting this experience to our developers as a bug [https://battle.net/support/en/article/15043] so it can be looked into more deeply.
You can use another player’s Keystone to complete a Mythic+ as well as speak with the Keystone Trader, Linformi [http://wowhead.com/npc=197711].

Also having this issue, have done an Mythic 0 and about 6 m+ with guild keys, still no keystone.
Are you guys still getting gear at least? I’ve done 2 with no keystone and no loot.
I also ran a M0… Everyone got a key except me. We then ran one of those keys at M+2 and I still did not get a key. I renamed my folders and made sure no add-ons were running. I talked to the mythic keystone guy and nothing. Still no keystone.
