Yeah. Just got a piece of loot now. The luck was so abysmal I almost gave up on M+ on my main for the rest of the week.
No keystone after completing a M0. Completed multiple M+ keys throughout the day, still no keystone of my own. I opened a ticket and got an automated response/closure pointing me to resources that made absolutely 0 mention of this problem.

I haven’t gotten any gear from the 11 keys I’ve done on this druid other than a neck and some boots that I gave someone else. Pretty unlucky, but it’s not because of this bug. I’m still getting 2-4 primal chaos every key pending on the key level.

Same thing happened to me, I did a mythic +2 and a +5 of the dragonflight dungeons and did not get a key

Got the same problem. Tried on 2 toons and still glitched. Sucks, but what else did we expect for our money? Oh wait… how about a product that works, maybe? I might be asking too much, lol… Hope they fix this soon.

Did another key a few minutes ago, received gold and chaos, still no keystone.
Don’t pay for 6-12 month subs. They don’t care about answering their community. They just want your cash.
Okay - update:
Hit up the NPC in Valdrakkan, and they now have the dialogue option for “I seem to have misplaced my mythic keystone” and I was able to get one. If you were screwed, go talk to the Panda near the portals and you should be good to go!
They hotfixed it in the last hour, NPC works now (tried 12x last 24 hrs) …
