The ratio of eight to one from A Good War?

For what it’s worth, the same ratio is mentioned in Elegy. It’s on page 31 of Elegy and page 25 of A Good War. But yes, those are troop ratios, not kill ratios.

With some help from Hackbrew, I finally tracked down where this comes from. Both Elegy and A Good War agree that Horde forces outnumber the NE defenders by a ratio of 8:1 in the War of Thorns. Page 31 of Elegy has this: And page 25 of A Good War has this: But then page 57 of A Good War has this, when the Horde forces are in Astranaar (emphasis mine): So that’s where the 8:1 kill ratio comes from. It does include Malfurion, of course, not just the skeleton defense force.

If that’s not enough for you - please go ahead and search through all of that commissioned or produced art that Blizzard did and find for me an example of a Night Elf gaining or exploiting the upper hand on a Horde opponent rather than the other way around. Actually, come to think of it - find that commissioned or produced art period, I think there are like two instances, from across the WoW era.

I’m confused by your last sentence; are we talking WoT only, or any art? Because if the latter, then surely the “Terror of Darkshore” video should count.
