I boosted a character to 50 on Tuesday and did not receive the first heart of azeroth quest. I was able to receive the follow up quests but have not received the necklace so those have been wasted.

have the same issue i opened nazjatar area got the quest to go to chamber of hearts went to highmountian got the ebony scale and can’t attune it as i have no neck

Exact same issue for me, my boosted character never received the heart of azeroth initial quest. It also prevents you from doing any champion of azeroth world quests.

Same issue, I boosted my character, and never received the heart of azeroth (neck item) nor the quest. hoping this will be fixed in the patch later so that i can catch up to some quests before shadowlands drops

Same here… boosted my toon using the promotional coin and never received the Heart of Azeroth necklace. I can work about in nazjatar and quest around, but nothing related to the heart will be applicable. I still have the ebony scale in my inventory, waiting for the chance to turn on the heart forge and start playing that quest line.

Same issue here as well - boosted this rogue, no HOA quest. Also preventing me from world pvp in Uldum, Vale, etc. PLEASE fix before SL release. This is a massive handicap for people who PAID for a character.

Same here, boosted a rogue to 50 and I did the Nazjatar quests but no HOA quest! I also have the ebony scale in my inventory. Please take a look at this Blizz!

Reported this two days ago for my boosted character as well. Nothing yet. No rep, no flight paths, no neck/cloak capability. Waste of $ won’t be properly geared for launch.

Reporting in, also boosted this character and can’t get neck but can get all the follow up quests.
I don’t expect this will be fixed before Shadowlands.

Same here. Boosted this character, geared up in Icecrown, went to do the questlines to acquire the cloak, and realized I don’t even have a Heart of Azeroth. I put in two tickets to “Blizzard”, and received immediate copy/paste emails from them… Fix your game or provide us with a refund for the boost service!

Boosted a mechagnome. Same thing as all of you. no heart, no quest to get it. bummer.

Same issue here.
Also experiencing the same exact issues on my mage. Created a fresh boost and was able to go to Highmountain and get the Ebony Scale, but whenever I try and use it, nothing happens because I do not have the neck. I get that SL is this coming Monday/Tuesday but the HoA is such high item level, having it to level up is super ideal.
Same for me. I used the promotional boost to get a character for unlocking Mechagnome and could not activate the heart forge to unlock Mechagon.
Same thing here, boosted a character and did the magni quest but didn’t get the heart. It also let me do the nazjatar intro quest, it let me “use” the heart to open the portal but I don’t have the item.

Go through the sillithus portal in Boralus/Dazar’alor. Go to Magni and accept the quest from him. I thought the same thing until I checked there. Did the quest. Got the neck.

Same here exactly what haphened to me and now I can’t get the guy to pop up and start the normal heart of azaroth questline because I talked to him in Naz and done that part first. I have the scale in my inventory also and cant activate it because I have no heart and now I’m stuck. I put a ticket in and the response didn’t help me? Any Ideas on this yet?
