what level was the heart of azeroth when you got it using your method? afaik, if a toon was boosted - it should get a level 50 HoA.
magni has no quest to give that is part of the point

The issue for most (all?) people that are boosted is that the initial few quests in this line are seemingly auto-completed and the game thinks you already have the Heart of Azeroth.
I know for me the game started the Heart of Azeroth stuff when I went to Naz & Magni had me travel to the Chamber afterwards. It was already repaired & he sent me to pick up the Artifact & enable the Heart Forge. But now Iâm stuck like most others on here because the game thinks I have the item due to the initial quests being auto-completed but donât actually have the item.
Wowhead confirms that the initial quests are completed on my boosted character, along with the initial Kul Tiras/Boralus stuff (was able to go straight to the âfind Jainaâ quests).
If I were to guess, Blizzard intended to have the initial quests for the HoA autocomplete but accidentally did not have the proper mechanics working to give the Heart of Azeroth to the boosted players.
(this is the wrong character being shown, the issue is occurring on my boosted level 50 toon)

HoA that I unlocked was at level 1. Only got to 50 via the nazjatar quests.
Any âblueâ going to address this there are hundreds if post across the forum in itâŚ
Iâm struggling with this as well. Just boosted a character and can start the black empire questline and use the heart as if I have it. Never received the quest to actually get it though.
Still no blue post about it, still no response to my ticket from 3 days ago. Doubt weâre getting any sort of fix before Shadowlands. Stupid.

I guess I should say I am glad I am not the only one with this problem filled out a bug report and opened 2 tickets response was that they canât help with hints or in game content check out wow head etc. etc . Problem is I know the problem they wonât fix it. Any boosted toon is missing A dying world then the Heart of Azeroth quest bingo fixed you have your necklace and can move on. Fix it please.

Will do the same as well. With only a day left players who PAID blizzard for their characters are at a severe stat disadvantage because of this, and there is nothing we can do about it. Please respond Blizzard.
I got a response to my ticket and apparently they are going to fix the issue for the boosted players. I still have the later quests in the HoA line but now the earthen guardian was in Boralus to give me the starting quests. I suggest people check their characters and see if it is fixed for them too.
I am able to get the HoA and I didnât lose any progress on the later quests, since I had done like 3 or 4 other HoA artifact quests.
When was this? Less than an hour ago I tried to speak to the Earthen Guardian, but I couldnât interact with him at all.
I am not sure exactly when the GM sent me a message but pretty sure it was like 5 hours ago or so. The GM reset my stuff individually but then also said they were fixing it globally as well. I know that fresh boosted characters from now on wonât have the issue but the current ones with issues are less clear. I was under the impression that they would be trying to fix it for everyone but I am not 100% positive on it. I would suggest sending in a ticket if it still isnât working, I got it fixed within like 18 hours.
But regardless, they know itâs an issue for boosted characters, have a solution that is easy & works, and hopefully will automatically get sent out to current players with the issue.

I would just like a response and an acknowledgment that they are tracking and working on a solution. Getting a generic response from my ticket to check UIs and go to wowhead doesnât tell me that they actually read it and are working the problem. The fact not response on this form is a little frustrating also.
What did you send your ticket up under I have gotten nothing been 2 days
I did two. One under âStuck on Questâ and another under âSomething Elseâ. The stuck on quest was the one that got answered. It got quickly screened by the computer and I was sent a generic email telling me that they donât help people figure out quests and to check wowhead, etc. But I replied to that one that my problem still existed and explained the issue again (no HoA but the game thinks I have it, the intro quests show as completed & I have Artifact quests, etc). I got a response within like 12 hours from my replying, and it was like 18 hours from first submission to resolved.
The issue is that most initial responses are auto-screened electronically so no human is guaranteed to actually read them. But if you reply to their automatic response, it supposedly then guaranteed goes to an actual person. So it seems the key is getting to the second submission step.
Appreciate it I will try that I guess, I did mine under achievements
I submitted a stuck on quest ticket and got my HOA from a GM by mail last night. Everyone having this problem I suggest that - the GM was very nice and fixed it quickly
