Imo the only thing that should have been time gated was AQ and Naxx. Everything else should have been available day 1.

rofl, it’s a patch 1.9 item. Would you be cool if Blizzard just gave all rogues Death’s Sting off C’thun right now? Rogues would be one shotting everyone.

Wow look at this 3head over here.
Both are patch 1.9 items. Seems fair to me. Literally no item in the game currently has Spell Penetration like Don’s does. It would be broken.

Yes but not by choice atm, 
That’s not the same thing. We currently have access to 1.11 itemized pvp gear and epic pvp gear. Using your logic we might as well be giving warriors Might of Menethil.

Don’t bother making tickets for this oversight…they simply give you 1 sentence canned replies like “spell pen items were not added until later in wow” w/ zero justification why they already have future patch items IN GAME NOW!
