Yeah I expected it to be after the reset. Sitting in front of DM east with about 10 other people right now who thought the same.
Uh maintenance just started at 7am Pacific time.

Servers were only down for about 10 minutes.
I thought they said 15/16th for DM release? Could it be an extra patch later tonight?
Relax guys, the realm VMs probably just got their OS updates. Itās only natural they would automatically restart after finishing that. These things happen in stages. Blizzard asked for an hour, letās give them a full hour. Patience. 
No one ever said it would be open right after maintenance or reset. Thatās just something you assumed. Time to do something else at 7:30 AM on a Tuesday.

So i have an email from Blizz stating DM would be available on the 15th. So are they just this bad yet again.
They often donāt unlock things until after daily reset or later, which is 10 am cst so in 33 min.
Rolling restarts may not even be done yet, just cause your server is back up doesnāt mean all have, hence the term ārollingā

There was no patch, was just a rolling restart.
They still need to release it at the same time across all servers, so the time is scheduled.
Just be glad itās not actual vanilla, servers wouldnāt be scheduled to come up until 1 pm cst or later and it would be extended, extended, extended until you were lucky if you could play that day.

Adding content is a patch, thanks for proving my point.
The way Ion worded it was āthe week of October 15th, the Diremaul dungeon will go liveā. Doesnāt necessarily mean ON the 15th.
