Ran a +16 NW today, we finished it with a +1 and then our instance bugged out and wouldn’t let us leave.
Servers crashed after this and we logged back in and I didn’t receive credit for the run but other people in the party did as well as the key being upgraded to a +17 SOA.
Not sure if there is a way to get credit for the dungeon or not any help is appreciated : )
