I think of that as a leatherworker hunter who started this character in DF when we could make bows… and not as an engineer…

I believe it’s they don’t have way to craft a weapon as a LW.

Hunters a morally obligated to be engineers given the FD and Engineering’s rez feature. That’s been my stance forever.

I had terrible luck the first season of DF and crafted a bow and continued to update throughout the expansion. I think I replaced it in just the last season.

I was thankful I could make the weapon and was looking forward to being able to do so again.

Fortunately I have an engineer but was not planning to level her right away and had to adjust for that. Since I’m a LW, making the bow would have been easier.

It felt to me to be an oversight. Why give us a bow to craft and then take it away in a later expansion?
