Ok I’m out of energy trying to figure this out myself, please tell me where I’m at on the chain. I have a single artifact weapon, I teleported Dalaran from Deadwind Pass, I have a Dalaran hearthstone, but cannot access the Paladin Class Hall, the portal isn’t there. No quest givers show up when I run around Dalaran. Which quest did I dismiss? I’m logged out of my character if any GM wants to take a peek. Thanks.
Actualy you can fly to wester plague lands and go to light hope chapel thats where its physical location is portal is up the stairs to the left of the orgrimar portal there should be a 2nd non clickable portal in that room.

Thanks a bunch, Ill go out there and have a look. I must have to unlock the Dalaran portal or something.
You had to have gone to ur class hall to get ur artifact quest.

The first artifact weapon is obtained before unlocking your class hall. Subsequent artifacts, yes.
