it was working then a little bit ago it froze and then after I finally got it to close now it says my characters aren’t there again

Its just bogus that they are giving basic responses for something that they knew was a possibility and shouldve been more prepared for. I mean they already pushed the expansion back like what barely over 2 weeks before the release. I get that couldve been more for distribution but if thats the case dont make such a hasty decision to put out bad product in a pre patch release.
