Blizzard, I did not get the option to boost my character after purchasing “The War Within”. Could you please help me with this issue or explain to me why it is not available? It’s been 3 days now.
Check to see if purchase is still processing?
Reposting what I posted in your other thread:
It will show up at the top right of your character screen. I marked a red arrow on the screenshot at its location.
Also, was this your first purchase of the War Within expansion on that license? Meaning, you didn’t do an upgrade from a lower version of the expansion, correct. You only get 1 boost per expansion, upgrading to a higher tier (i.e., from the base version to Heroic or Epic OR from the Heroic version to Epic) will not grant another boost.

Hey Orylia, thanks for the reply. I’ve been grinding my one character to 80. I never got a booster option for any characters at all. I just started playing after 12 years and I decided to start back up and spent the money on the expansion so I could reach 80.
I asked about restarting because this could potentially be an update issue.

Disregard. Thanks for the screen shot. It is on there. Not sure why blizzard made it to where you wouldn’t think to look. Thank you for your help =)
