I bought an item. It said it gives a murloc. Still do not have mine.
For some reason, these particular emails are never obvious in my inbox (even when in inbox and not hidden in the trash somewhere). I was able to find them doing a search for “bliz”. It had the header: In-Game Content Unlocked: Bronze Murloc Pet. Perhaps yours is the same?
It just said it was delivered. I will give it more time. But did not get a
no such yet.
Outlook gives me two options in the inbox, one marked “Focused” and the other one is, duh, “Other”.
Mine always ends up in a folder marked “Other”. I don’t know why. Any purchases, from Blizz or the Blizz store, end up there. Eveyr other email ends up in “Focused”.
Yea that didn’t actually work and still no luck been over 10 days now since I ordered it. No email and no mulroc in game. Thats yet another reason why I unsubbed because of stuff like that. And zero email still and no murloc. And btw the person who got all those likes about saying how welcome to Classic… those glitches did not exist in the original version.
This is a buggy game that they do not know how to code and no longer care about. Like how they had to get rid of SoTA in retail because the vehicles cannons quit working and the cannons from the walls quit too…never got fixed so people began to blacklist it and BG got removed.
So yea still no bronze murloc. And some wonder why I am done with this stuff now. Proof I bought it. So I can’t just write a ticket about it then cuz they refuse to help me here.
Contact the gearstore. They ask for your order number and whatever other info you can provide, I forget what else. But I’ve found them to be responsive. It has to be addressed by gearstore tho, not Bliz.
How? I tried to reply to an email from them on my purchase and its a noreply address…
