Why are the forums telling me I don’t have an active sub, yet my account settings page shows my account as active?
Next billing date was yesterday? 7:17pm specifically.
Try logging in and out a few times - the forums can’t be slow to catch up at times.

Last played Oct 20, but next billing date Oct 19, and Account Status Active…

I have, multiple times. Browser, mobile phone. Always inactive sub in GD.
Guess I’ll go hang out in Discord for a while, see if it remembers me later.
Your payment probably is still processing. The game most likely gave you a grace period to allow for that, but not the forums. Does it show anything under purchase history?

Yea it shows payment pending actually.

It’s not totally unusual. It often takes around 24 hours to process. Hopefully, yours will go through soon enough, but keep an eye on it just in case it fails.
You do appear to have two profiles with the same card, but different addresses. One of them might be a bit older, so if you get a chance you might want to remove the old one.

I have a question about that – I went into account settings but it only says VISA XXXX and the option is make default or remove. Would i have to remove both and then re-add the correct one? Because I don’t see another way to get into the details and see which one I need to remove.
I think what Vrak means is that there’s a second Battle.Net account with the same card attached.
That’s the account you’d want to log into and remove payment methods for.

No. I was looking at the billing profiles on the Bnet Vhx iis posting on and I can see the same card (I can only see the lasts 4 digits), in two entries. Each with a different address and another card listed as the primary.
So you see two Visas (XXXX) and the other card? So three entries total?
If it doesn’t seem to be causing any issues I think you’ll be fine, but if you do have a billing issue at some point, I think that would be a good first step.
It looks like that purchase has finished, so you should be good now. Log out and log back in if you are still having posting issues.
