No, like… I know Thallia. Sendryn is her alt lol. Or well, her main this expansion, I think.
Kind of lost atleast with the lost screenshots from my paladin. But I did get the endgame stuff through. Just got to do it all over again on another paladin alt.
But I am having fun through. I just wish the Dracthyr was restricted.
loving it so far.
Actually, just started Dragonflight about a week ago. I upgraded from WOLTK when Blizzard did a massive server transfer and everyone left. I am a solo player mostly, and I have to say I am having a good time. Although, they changed lots of things, so far for the best, in my opinion. Now if I could just find a good guild on Emerald Dream who wants a priest that would be good.
Was enjoying it greatly until work got too busy. Now I just login and shoot Forsworn to relax on my breaks. Hope to get back to Dragon stuff in a month or two.
I’m not happy with a number of things that I have detailed in my posting history if the devs care to look it up. I’m not repeating myself. I voiced my concerns early on in the patch and those changes have not been made. I let my subscription lapse for several months because of it. I’m only here now to do 1 dungeon per week on two toons + hardcore classic once it releases. I am primarily not happy with where healing is for mythic+.
lol well that’s an interesting plot twist!
Thanks for correcting me.
I’m enjoying Dragonflight pretty similarly to launch.
I think class design as a whole is decently better than previous expansions, the only real minus being Augmentation Evoker.
I think the real winner is the lack of infinite grind. It’s nice being done for a season and not having to feel guilty because you’re not grinding towards some magical macguffin that directly translates doing the dishes or whatever into character power.
Better worse or same as Shadowlands?
I lost all steam for DF. I really thought this would be the xpac that got me back into the game full tilt, but when the second patch launched I lost interest.
DF had the unenviable task of “fixing” WoW after Shadow Lands poo’d directly in everyone’s bed. There’s only so much that can be done to make up for something like that, and DF started out pretty strong.
ZC was a very weak offering but overall I’m kind of pleased with DF. I just wish they’d tone down the Horde/Alliance canoodling.
I have most of what I wanted to get done done each content cycle, still very annoyed that Blizz won’t make content world content soloable after its no longer ‘fresh’, as Forbidden Reach and Zaralek rares are next to impossible to kill if your not a tank(and spend 15 minutes per rare beating it to death) and no one it doing that area anymore. I skipped M+ this patch probably shoudn’t have. and thanks to Fyrakk Assaults and Time Rfits I have 1 character of each class with at least LFR level gear which is nice I usually let them just sit and collect dust after leveling XD.
I am hopeful that the scaling modifications they did to the Rift bosses get applied to the rest of open world rares. Time will tell I suppose.
Started off ok. Good zones and music to level in. Centaur felt a bit out of place. Writing started going down hill. Wrathion’s writing especially. Mythic+ is starting to cannibalize the game. Raiding is becoming the most unappealing as I’ve ever seen it. PvP still hasn’t been fun since everyone has anime bubble shields and heals. Augmentation has essentially ruined the game. Every class that benefits the most from the limited externals in the game is dominating to such a degree that you hardly ever see class variety. Warlock, DK, mage dominating the top 10 specs. M+ spike damage is horrific. Balance is horrific. Crafting has essentially replaced every piece of gear in the game except tier. Horde and Alliance are super best friends. All the cool lore characters are dead. Only reason 80% the player base logs in is to socialize with friends they’ve made along the way.
I miss the way the community feast was at the beginning. The most fun I’ve had in a video game in a long time.
This is the first expansion that I didn’t quit one or two months in. I don’t like the raiding, but everything else seems like fun. Would love to see some outdoor events that have longevity from season to season (like the Fyrakk assaults progressing until we fight him in a raid).
That was pure madness. I miss it
I’m having fun. I don’t do anything super high end, but there’s plenty of stuff to fill my time with… in fact I can’t seem to keep up with all of the collecting and keeping up with alts. I’m enjoying how none of it feels forced, I’m just doing whatever I feel like doing and it’s rather enjoyable.
I have been enjoying it hit my raid and M+ goals now just waiting for the new season while I play other games
These incompetent writers should have never reduced Arthas to 250 anima. Absolute disgrace to the whole storyline so far, including the WW-like scenario in killing off a player race in BfA. I didn’t sign up for this kind of cruelty, especially against the minority player faction.
Stopped playing 5-6 months ago, waiting for something exciting to happen with the game. I don’t think that’ll happen but you never know. I browse through these forums every once in a while and after reading some posts it’s clear I made the right choice.
On a positive note that official hardcore server could be fun.
