The Night Fae Hearthstone shares the same hearth location and same cooldown as the normal hearthstone. This makes it completely useless. Is it not supposed to hearth you to the Heart of the Forest in Ardenweald?

Yeah I feel bamboozled. At least I could return it for a refund. I think everyone thought it would be a special hearthstone to take you only back to heart of the forest. Similar to the Dalaran hearthstone. Not tied to the regular hearthstone.

I’m so salty. I thought it was going to be a separate hearth for Ardenweald too. What a waste of anima. We even had to wait until renown 11 for this useless thing.

Once people saw that the covenants had a hearthstone to go with them, they made the assumption that said covenant based hearthstone was for covenant HQ.
Thus, they didn’t bother reading the description.

Mmmm still don’t see how that error can be made. Toy Hearthstones will always take you to the place you’ve set your hearthstone location. Dalaran Hearthstone is not a toy and sends you to the Legion Dalaran spot. Garrison Hearthstone is not a toy and sends you to your garrison. If the covenant hearthstone wasn’t a toy, that might have been the case to send to its covenant. But, they’re toys, and they’re identified as toys before you buy them.

Toy Hearthstones will always take you to your set hearthstone location. THIS HAS NOT CHANGED.
Dalaran Hearthstone, not a toy, sends you to Legion Dalaran.
Garrison Hearthstone, not a toy, sends you to your Garrison.
Admiral’s Compass, not a toy, sends you to your Garrison Shipyard.
You are made aware it is a toy when you hover your cursor over it at the renown vendor, “Returns you to (w/e you’ve set your hearthstone location to (Elysian Hold, Oribos, Dalaran, etc)). Speak to an Innkeeper in a different place to change your home location.”
This is not Blizzard’s issue.

Dude, that is ridiculous. Why would they make something like that? Is the point that you spend 750 anima to not need to keep a hearthstone in your bag?

So you’re fine with the Hearthstone toys from Hallow’s End, Noblegarden, Love is in the Air, Shadowlands Collector’s Edition, and so on, sending you to the hearthstone location you set, but covenant cosmetics should NOT be cosmetic?

I am unaware of those other toys. If they do what this one does then no - I’m not fine with them, because they are stupid. Lol. Cosmetic? Give me a break.

open your collections tab, navigate to toys, the search “hearth”… there are a whole bunch of cosmetic hearthstone toys.
something not working the way you want it to, doesn’t mean it’s bugged.
