The Night Fae armorer guy is telling me that I need to finish Chapter 2 of the covenant campaign to be able to buy it. Chapter 2 is the “Torghast” chapter and I’ve definitely finished this, but the item remains locked.

Check to see if you got credit for Chapter 1 of your campaign, Been numerous people reporting that covenant campaigns being bugged and people not being able to complete the first chapter.
I do have credit for both. Chapter 1 is required for Threads of Fate to be available on alts (from what I’ve heard) and I am able to choose that path on an alt if I want.
Ive been stuck on Renown 2 for the last 2 days the quest Replenish the reservoir wasnt aviable from the start now it is (but all the anima i gathered after the weekly reset didnt go toward it) and i never got the weekly to gather souls from the maw
The anima conductor research is required to spawn the NPC for whatever reason. My friends reported seeing the NPC spawn once they start the research.
I’m having the same problem. The vendor is up, my log shows two chapters complete, but the vest is locked out.

Same exact problem, I’ve already contacted support but haven’t gotten any reply from them yet.
Can confirm the same issue. Finished chapter 2 with out any ability to buy the armors.

I noticed this today, would love it fixed.

Same issue. Definitely looks like a bug, because some other covenants got equivalent gear already through their campaign. I think the most plausible explanation is that rewards got shuffled at the very last moment before the release, but internal requirements didn’t get updated. Would love to see it fixed.

Pretty odd this still isn’t addressed or fixed considering how easy it should be to fix.
Same problem here, finished chapter 2, can’t buy chest piece from Night Fae. Lets hope they see this and fix it soon!
