Confirming it isn’t where it’s stated to be on WoWhead, and I’ve done laps around the island looking for it. Every other item was where it was said to be, but the bow’s missing.

Can confirm. Even tried getting on my NElf to make sure it wasn’t locked to race. Definitely not there.

it was there on PTR why isnt it there now blizzard, I’ve check the files and it’s in the files

Not only is the bow missing for me, a couple of the other cloaks are missing. I got a couple of them, but the others are not there.

Remember, though. Despite any developer’s best efforts, patches with any significant changes or content additions always have a host of bugs needing addressed. Having worked for Blizzard in the past, I can tell you that expecting them to catch them all from jump is far too ambitious.

Same here. Went to 29.0, 28.8 and looked around the Arlithrien Lodge. I was on a night elf hunter. It didn’t show up for me.

i opened a ticket for this issue, and got told it wasnt an issue and that I should consult wowhead. Good to know GMs dont bother to report player issues to the development team.
Also they told me they werent aware of any issue with it at all, so they clearly dont check these forums.
