What will happen with the three reward brackets where you can roll Azerite pieces from visions (460, 445, and 430)?
Are you removing the chance to roll those Azerite pieces or are you okay with those rolls not resulting in a corruption?
I was doing dailies just for rep, jokes on them.
Do you have any idea how tedious Horrific Visions are? Do you actually play the game?
Doing a HV clear with scorched feet in corrupted areas is just flat out annoying. I’m not saying it’s super difficult, just so annoying I want to wait until next week to continue leveling up my cloak. Even more annoying than Leaden Foot in lost areas!
It’s incredibly frustrating that you are now tying guaranteed corruption (which is now required to do competitive overall dps) to what is probable the most un-fun aspect of any expansion I’ve ever played.

Have you tried using scorched feet to your own benefit? this affix can actually help you, as opposed to leaden foot, which just ruins your run sometimes.

There is literally only one time I can see it maybe being a help, and that’s with the elite who does the pushback in the first corrupted area on the way to valley of strength. And, that’s a stretch to even consider it a help. What corrupted areas are you doing where it helps?

Any corrupted area? you navigate the zone faster by using it to your own benefit, use it to get out of stuff, ranged dps can use it to kite packs etc, you do this when you actually know how the affix works.
Wow, you don’t know what you’re talking about. It’s simply an impedance and an annoyance. Much like the other affixes. But I guess some people like to try to shine a turd and call it gold. Also, who doesn’t know how the affix works? You would have to be retarded to not figure it out after the first 10 seconds. As soon as you get the debuff up on your debuff list, the next movement press makes you drop a pool of fire and jump over it in that direction. It’s not hard smart guy.
Then if you know how it works, figure out how to use it to your own benefit, but i guess you know better than me with your farmed sockets and 5 masks runs done, oh wait.

You mentioned kiting and getting out of stuff. How is it any harder to simply move out of things on the ground, or move while kiting? Your justification for the affix is absolutely ridiculous, as it is nothing more than uninspired “flavor” they added in an attempt to make things either more interesting, or more difficult. I simply find it to be an annoyance.
But, if you want to continue trying to shine a turd, please have at it. Also you don’t need to have done a 5 mask run to understand how utterly annoying it is to play an already un-fun instanced requirement, with affixes that make them more annoying, to understand a basic mechanic most people experienced weeks ago.
But, I’m sure you’re proud of all your wow achievements. Good job, you. Gold star! You’re a better person for your “farmed sockets” and “5 mask runs” whatever that means.
Already told you some examples, but since you lack some basic understanding, when you are navigating the zone, the jump helps you, when you are gathering trash for a big pull, the jump helps you, if you are ranged you use the jump to gain some distance from the pack via backpedal + jump, when you are inside the houses in the drag, the jump helps you get out.
Finally, 5 masks runs and farmed sockets means i have way more experience than you visions wise, since this went under your radar too, you are free to use these examples on your runs, or you can just look how others get guaranteed corrupted 470 stuff.
They did state at Blizzcon they like the take the conservative approach at the start on rewards.

The rate that items get corrupted should just be higher in general. Not super high, but noticeable enough.
