New WoW Starter Edition account with game time does not appear on Battle.net

I have 4 WoW accounts, 3 with TWW, and today I created a new one with the Starter Edition. However, this new account does not appear in the Battle.net launcher, only in the list of accounts at: /games
Could someone help me out?

Try completely logging out of the launcher. That could force a refresh of your license screen.

i try it, logging out, change password, and nothing happening

If you purchased it does it say complete or qued.

Completed. I tried a lot of things — I even completely removed and reinstalled the launcher, but nothing changed.

Curious fact: when I log into the Europe region on the launcher, my account is listed. However, when I try to log in, the login fails and prompts me to select an account from a list — and in that list, my new account does not appear.

That is strange, as it isn’t listed as an EU license. The most recently created Starter Edition, WoW#13, is definitely a North American license. I’m not sure why you wouldn’t be able to see it through.

This might be better suited for the Technical Support forum, but you might try deleting the Battle.net files or the Battle.net Cache files.

I just completed this action, but unfortunately the issue still persists. I have already opened a ticket to address this.

I’m not doubting what you are seeing, Blayr, I’m saying I don’t know what would cause that. Nor do I know what troubleshooting steps, outside of those I’ve already given you, could help.

I question if a Game Master would be able to help here, outside of providing the same advice I already did. If it is a bug with the Desktop app, then it would need to be reported to that QA team to look into it.

There does seem to be at least one other thread about not seeing a WoW license there.
