Yeah one can renounce their citizenship at any time and give up their first amendment rights. It’s just an issue of If you can do something, should you do it? People will decide differently on what that line is. And that’s fine.
People will complain about what you decide to do with it. Telling them that you have the right to do it isn’t really an answer to their complaint. That’s all.
The pop-up just explains that players will have to deal with people akin to thinking the idea of the first amendment means they should walk up to every stranger they cross and curse them out because they can.
Demanding to change the PVP server because of this would be stupid though. I agree with you there. The same way I would laugh at somebody saying the first amendment should get some asterisks because awful people exist.
If you need to parse that badly to be validated, PvE servers are available my friend. I’m not saying it’s cool to camp it but, complaining about it is worse.
Can’t wait till they add warmode to classic.

Take your BFA features back to the BFA version of the game.
I wonder if we will get BFA Classic?
It’s actually not.
Warmode puts you in your own layer in retail, so everyone you see is flagged for pvp.
Classic does not do this.
