Sorry for late response but I meant the original naxx 40 looks good on deathknights. It’s very fitting.
I’m better off going and playing vanilla classic wow and finding a guild that still plays in hopes I can tank and get the t3 armor set. It probably take as long as it would for me to save 3m gold.
To farm the gold for the set, it would take a while, but spending lets say 20 dollars every month on gold. and tokens are 340k as of now? with the price of gold fluctuating it varies. So no guarantee the price of gold is going to be the same. it could be 190k one week, then a few weeks later it can go up to 400k. Not every month would be the same amount.
But 20 dollars a month let’s just say you get 290k gold. that will add up assuming you’re already paying 15 dollars for a sub rather than using gold which you’re trying to save for the t3 set.
It would take a whole year to save up if you went the token route to acquire the gold to be able to afford the mats. That’s not including what the crafter will ask to make the set, 3m + whatever amount they want to ask for, could be an extra 2 -4m if they want to. And this is assuming if the gold will be above 259k for 20 dollars every month. If its lower it could take even longer. then again RL money can be an issue for some people. Not everyone has expendable income. with my income for instance I could afford to pay 15 for a sub and 40 dollars a month on tokens if I budget right, but then that would mean more OT to make up for what I spend every month. Idk if it’s even worth all that. Like I said before we’re all better off going back to classic vanilla wow and grinding t3 there.
I’m assuming this 3m gold is for the entire set yes? If so spending 3-5m on the whole set, might be worth it if you have the patience and don’t mind farming or playing the AH and acquiring the gold via in-game. Or you’re impatient and want to spend 100 dollars on tokens every month to get the set faster, rather than fighting other’s on the BMAH. Which I have seen myself the price for 1 piece of t3 gear above 3m gold. Especially if it is a popular set like the warrior armor. Just another way to get people to buy gold…
If I was ever to spend two million on anything in game (unlikely) it would be the little pig from the mad merchant. But on these outfits… lol, no.
I would have considered it, but the fact that you have to already have a t3 set to craft them makes me go “not worth it”
