This just happened to me, 2-3 dps left and lost rating.
The concern that I had with rating people given out immediately is that it has the potential to negatively impact those they played with.
If I queue on my Warlock, get paired with the Rsham twice, lose both games then leave theyâll get a -30-40 or so, no? And the rdruid on the other team who never had to play with me gets +30-40 or whatever.

Definitely is out. Just lost rating from a bad leaving cause I was on their team 2 times. They left I got dinged.
So this definitely some russian roulette now for rating.
