Clearly some of them were not loyal. And even fewer obeyed when called.

Sorry gnome the SS Gimp has arrived. (Aka the Sylvanas simps.

They betrayed her for family members. Blood is thicker than… undead veins filled with nothing.

Yeah, that’s pretty laughable of her.

Hence why she went looney hysterical about it.

Wrong. Blood may be thicker than many things…

But Ichor is thicker than blood.

Do you want to expand on your emoji? Because it really doesn’t speak for itself.

Well. Definitive seems subject to change. But maybe we will see some sort of direction to this story.

I admit, when I saw this, I was disappointed. But if they are paying her, might as well make her work. I understand that as a business decision.

I guess it had to be a broad, so that rules out Stackpole or Brooks or any other man. Roux has demonstrated superior talent at expressing the World of Warcraft compared to Golden. But what’s done is done.

Doesn’t seem like they were actually allowed to govern themselves given the fact they were all killed and not allowed to go with their families if they wanted.

Is it? Is it really? Do you know for sure?

It ought to be as far as the forsaken are concerned. Obivously it isn’t in the case of the desolate council.

Sylvanas’ rule is You’re allowed to rule yourself or have free will…that is until I no longer find you useful…for reasons :wolf:

But that’s me.

I was desperately hoping they had silently replaced Golden with Roux.
No such luck.

I didn’t care for Roux’s writing. It felt too much like YA genre.

At least they let Knaak go, I couldn’t stand his books.

I love Rouxs writing style, what she did with the Shadows Rising book was amazing. She made you feel for Talanji and the others

Roux made all the characters feel like PEOPLE instead of the two-dimensional caricatures that Golden writes.

What??

Im not defending Golden. If I had my way Robert Brooks would be writing it. I much prefer his style.

So, this “choice that will ultimately come to define her”. Are they still talking about this thing with Anduin?
Are they really going to not explain exactly what happened with her and Anduin in the damn game and make us wait until November to figure out what actually happened?

You must be new to WoW lore.

I want to read it, but I’m also not really a fan of Sylvanas. (I do sympathize with how she was treated after the fall of Quel’thalas but you know…)

Guess I’ll have to find a summary of it somewhere once it comes out

I could barely get through one of his books.
