FYI, you can get new runes right now.
Mages already have Spellfrost bolt rune.
Go to Wowhead → Refresh Rune Page → Refresh Rune Page

lmaaaaao, what a fumble on Blizzard’s part. This time we’ll have all the runes figured out before the Phase even drops.
I was convinced they would do the smart thing and just prevent anyone below lvl 26 from getting Phase 2 runes for the first few weeks of the Phase. But noooope, of course not.

It just sounds like the sort of dumb that Blizzard would do, and I’m always inclined to assume the worst in them.

Anything other than the 1 screenshot of a mage rune and any info at all regarding how to get any rune introduced in phase 2? I’m not exactly doubting but not interested in running around without more confirmation
or its photoshopped ahead of time to screw with people, nobody ever trolls on the bnet forums.
It’s not, the mage is using the new spell live on a stream right now.
