New Raid/Arena Frames

Anyone else find them to be absolutely atrocious? The original raid frames from 2004 are better somehow than these.

That being said Gladius needs to be updated ASAP.

too bad the devs don’t care what pvpers think. Now shut up and go buy your 80 USD tbc classic boost, pre order Midnight epic pack to decorate your house ahead of launch and make sure to drop all remaining gold on making 5 or 6 tmog outfits.

People just need to adjust to the design language behind them

BUT

there are some changes that need to be made:

  • DR needs to be easier to track, icon needs to be more intuitive to the DR type
  • Important buffs/debuffs need to be easier to see
  • Needs to be easier to see who I’m targeting, I can’t see that with the current frame elements on raid frames.

I am almost willing to bet that addons capable of changing these things will come sooner or later, we won’t be long without some adjustability.

Yes my first few games I couldn’t tell who. I was targeting in the frames at all and the DR tracking is sorely needed

Yea I think both the frames and the nameplates/healthbars above characters aren’t clear at all.

Also, does anyone know if there’s a way to turn off the countdown/number on the debuffs above a target healthbar? The number takes up so much of the debuff that I can barely even see what it is half the time. #OldAssBoomer

People love to meme about how small the PVP community is but how can Blizzard provide zero development time for PVP and still take the money? Private servers have done more development with no funds so it’s not a funding issue. Frankly maybe should start a bullhorn outside of blizzard HQ.

bgs horrible without threat plates all the minion and totem bars are so thick and numerous is there a way to make them smaller or something..

This is my biggest complaint, its not like its the biggest deal since 99% of the time I know who I’m targeting without looking anyways (scroll up is party 1, scroll down is party 2, scroll click/escape is target self), but its nice to have that reassurance at a glance, and most of the time mid-game the outline/contrast is too small to actually tell without targeting back and forth.

Losing kick tracking also really sucks, I want to figure out some way to change the DR icons back, and be able to filter which debuffs show above nameplates+how big they appear, but other than that its playable and I can make do

also real and valid, I wish we could filter which ones are visible/individual scaling
