New raid exploit

RWF participators will get another 5 hour ban and a nice letter from Blizzard in the mail saying “Good job finding this exploit for us!”.

Oh! Is that an exploit? Is it possible to have more than 1pc so far? I was wondering about this.

I ran raid last night and got one. Catalyzed the second (don’t judge me, i know i shoulda waited until tuesday vault!) for two piece.

I don’t see the issue with this. Is it any better if people did it on multiple alts?

Four days ban would be pretty big if done tomorrow, that take the player out of the first 2-3 days of the mythic raid

So no other guilds deserve a chance to win?

I really don’t care about Liquid nor echo.

100’s of other guilds and players that are good people and entertaining to watch deserve their chance.

You know… You can mark on your minimap where the Auction House is with tracking, right?

What’s wrong with the trading post? lol. It didn’t do anything to you!

Lol looks like method are in for another lot of bans.

A suspension needs to be long enough to hurt so bad they would never want to do it ever again.

4 days is a slap on the wrist.

3-6 months would send the right message.

They rushed this expansion out and these are the consequences.

Why is it an issue?

Like, so what if people can kill bosses over and over for warbound gear on champ track?

If people had multiple alts and used it to funnel one character, is it any better?

If it is true, they will deserve the ban and removal from RWF. Just more of an indication that Blizzard really should get rid of all of this esports garbage.

You’ve been playing this far too long to play obtuse on raid drops Fauxstraza

Blizzard loves money. They will never.

Warbound drops are a new thing - and so what if each alt has a chance to get warbound drops? (Is it such an issue if it happens on the main as well?)

I was watching RTWF streams last night, they were talking about abusing this method and laughing about it because they said they reported it as a bug on Beta and Blizzard never fixed it. So whose fault is it, Blizzards for not fixing it or RTWF guilds for abusing it?

Is it even a bug? or rather a feature.

Now people have an incentive to help friends.

I’d be more exciting to see how the race unfolds with bans to the exploiters. Would probably get more social media activity with big bans too. No one makes RWF videos except on the kills really. Toss in big bans and drama, everyone will be making videos and post about it drawing attention.

No, I’m with you all through that  I’d love for Blizzard to ever seriously enable competition like, say, the Boston Marathon and class people so that they can play against each other fairly.

The game’s already unbalanced between the top handful of guilds with sponsors and those that aren’t. This is more how it stays rigged.

The fact is this -

The idea is really good, it’s healthy and fun for warbound items to drop and to promote you playing alts.

Here is the fix -

During the initial weeks of competing, Tier items are disabled from dropping as warbound.

Week 3 to 5, they are enabled again.

It’s not really that op that warbound items are dropping, it’s just op that people can continually do the raid on the same toon, proc tier and then funnel X main.
