Ok here is my 2 cents on the topic.
Are you sure you want half elves ?
Have you seen Arator or Vereesa’s twins ?
THe only decent looking half elf isn’t even a half elf but a blue dragon in humanoid form (Kalecgos/Kalec)
They feel it isn’t rght if someone speaks who isn’t about their movement.

we had some ideas for it. shorter elf ears, but still visible elf ears, shorter elf eyebrows, but still elven eyebrows, slightly thicc’er than a belf, thinner than a human. unique hair colors such as kalec blue, gnome pink, frostfencer teal and peach, blonde, white, brown and black. also access to the new human customizations for asians and africans, so we’d be able to make caucasian, african or asian half elves. and the bard class. 
oh and shamans.
Pretty sure they’d make a new model dude. Kalec/Arator are like that in game cause there’s no half elf model and at present there was no need to add one.
One would assume if they were to add half elves they’d give them more than just an elf or human model. I’d imagine they’d do something in between.
Two questions.
One, please tell me you’re not trying to limit bard to just half elves?
Two, why do you think they’d be shaman? No malice here I just don’t see the connection.
You know if they did this it would be half night elf, half blood elf and the result would be something close to nightborne.
I think they’re talking about the half elves like Arator, vereesa’s twins and (sorta) Kakec in his humanoid form.
Oh I know what they would like and what would be reasonable, but by the time it goes through the twisted filter to blizzard they will get something undesirable.
i dont want a purple elf or green or blue. i want an elf that looks like an elf. it’s alot harder to mog these blueberries, too. cant i just a brown/tan/peach/black/beige/olive, elf?

We’re not really talking about what blizzard would do, we’re talking about half elves as outlined by OP. Let’s not go down the “blizzard is evil and biased” track again.
With the half elves we’re talking about I don’t see why not. Really feel they should increase the skintones of pretty much all races.
