New Race for the Alliance: HALF ELVES!

Interesting. A half elf i didn’t know existed. Is he still alive? Has been doing anything in bfa? And who where his parents? If we even know.

Huh actually i thought Medivhs mom was the first guardian huh.

he’s a very low info char. he appears to be a spirit when you get the ebonchill artifact, so i’m thinking he’s passed on to the afterlife but still can interact on the mortal plane as a spirit. could be wrong though.

i think what best summarizes half elves was ion’s statement that the high elves of the alliance were being assimilated. so essentially, most high elves on the alliance are likely varying degrees of half elf, after 3000 years of mingling with humans

Oh dear lord no. He died ages ago. His spirit comes back to assist you. No idea who his parents were.

Medivh’s mother Aegwyn was I think the fourth Guardian… something like that.

If he died ages ago, that means Human’s and Elves were having children together before The Windrunner sisters had there’s. That proves that there’s a good chance that more exist.

Its kinda been a thing Blizzard has nodded to for a long time. Its not new. Its also not something that is surprising.

Also probably a thing Silvermoon City likely doesn’t have that much of an issue with. Though Dalaran and other places like Stormwind are probably more into it. lol Silvermoon probably wants to focus on elf on elf mating for more numbers for their race.

I’d hate to bring up the Half Orc Half Elf idea again but… theres some call for it.

Ah yes the Alliance needs another uncreative, bland human race.

Oh dear!? We hadn’t thought of that. What ever will we do.

Late to the party my friend.

Read through some of the posts and come back with something more on topic to now. :stuck_out_tongue:

They were just stating their opinion.

Thought you weren’t reading my posts anymore? I kid.

We’ve already been over that facet of it though. Why go through it again?

No, you have a habit of censoring people, just like praise is on topic in agreement, so to is criticism, that persons criticism is valid, if thats the extent of their contribution then so be it.

I really don’t care, the Alliance is already pathetic with it’s options and it’s people with bad ideas like this is what Blizz would listen to.

I disagree but that is an interesting take.

Wow…I…uh…

Not exactly constructive criticism.

See what I mean?

And if Blizzard listened to this then we’d have High Elves not Void Elves… and probably Tuskarr.

And yet criticism and on topic praise are both still on topic. :blue_heart: I disagreed with the statement already while validating their voice in the argument.

Well it’s hard to pin a medal on you when you’ve already done it to yourself.

I would like to take this time to make an important public forum safety announcement:

Hi, I’m Tarrok, you may remember me from such posts as, “Jack Donaghy saying ‘I’m bored’ gif” Or from posting various recipes and cooking tips.

While it feels good, giving yourself too many self-congratulatory back pats is a hidden killer. This seemingly harmless activity can lead to pulled muscles, strained wrists, and even DEATH! So remember to moderate your back patting ways, your body will thank you for it.

HElves are already playable so I understand why they gave us VElves.
