I don’t understand, how do i get a key and how can i get in a group? No ones inviting. I dont think this is fair at all and not fun

Your ilevel is too low. Try to get to 372 to que heroics then go from there.

Here is what I literally tell a bunch of my friends when I get them into M+
- Start of with M0 continue doing this until you get somewhat decent gear for twos (or just do the ZC campaign and upgrade that gear) that or do the weekly quest that is in Vladdraken you get 415 gear/crests depending on what you choose. Which OP i recommend you do.
- Always run your own groups.
- Always learn mechanics and download the appropriate addons.

Adding to this. Do the Suffusion quests along with Heroics and Storm’s Fury. That’ll get you where you need to be to try M+ dungeons
Are you tanking? You’re geared enough to tank some m0, spam the dungeons and get some loot. I always look for groups that already have tank/healer when i’m dpsing
Do world content for some gear. 
do M0, which is the mythic version.
Then do m1-5
Then grind it.
Its not a fun experience at all though.
There shuould be a blue pve set and an epic pve set with some cool upgrades at 15-20 m+ and mythic raiding, and thats it imo.
You are too late to the game. 2-11 keys are empty ATM. The best thing is getting your own key to +11 somehow. This is the key you want to get boosted by high ilvl players.

make friends and play with them. That is how mythic plus was intended to be played. Pugging isn’t really designed to be a good experience.
And how did you get keystone master last december and all of a sudden are a new player who can’t get invites?

If i were in your position, i would approach the game like this:

Spam heroic dungeons until i get comfortable with the pulls. I.e. Which mob hurts, which mob needs to be interrupt, which pack can be pulled with other packs and so on. Also boss mechanics are similar to their mythic counterparts with extra steps. So you dont get surprised by some mythic runs where the tank just pulls ahead and you are left there and not knowing anything.

Join your class discord. It helps alot. Death Knight Class Discord - Acherus Also read wowhead guides about your class. Choose your specialization that suits the your playstyle and last but not least the meta. It is important if you really want to play m+. Some people tend to invite meta classes only.

Dont get discouraged. Spam your dungeons, let it be normal, heroic, mythic or mythic plus. Just keep playing. This is your first season then i assume. I wouldnt expect much. You still have much to learn.

Make your own groups for your keys and invite high item level/rated players. There are a bunch of players who join low keys for fun or to help other people. (At least in the EU. I’ve encountered tons.) Even if you deplete your keys, you learn from them.
In case you dont know the itemlevel range in dungeons:
- Normal Dungeon: 382 iLvL Explorer
- Heroic Dungeon: 389 iLvL Adventurer
- Mythic Dungeon: 398 iLvL Hero
- Mythic + Dungeon: 402 iLvL Veteran
I like to think about M+ as i think about League SoloQ. Learning first, then the climb. I hope you succeed in your journey.
