New Phone # For Lost Phone - Authenticator Loop

Every action to try to disable my prior authenticator in lieu of my new, correct phone number require access to the prior phone number.

I’m stuck in a loop; can’t change phone number until i authenticate; can’t open a service ticket until i authenticate, can’t request to disable my authenticator without the authenticator; can’t load on my new phone without my prior authenticator.

Help would be appreciated.

Unfortunately, if you no longer have access to the original phone / Authenticator, and you don’t have the Serial # and Restore Code your authenticator will need to be removed before you can add another one.

You can still submit a ticket. Instead of selecting “Authenticator Code” use “Verify your account information”, the bar just below that option.
