We somehow are getting Lightforged Warlocks before Kul Tiran Paladins?
Is it the mount? Is it that hard to make unique Paladin mounts for Nelf/Kul Tiran/etc?
Absolute Unit Pallies when?

I think it would be cool if we got a unique variant of the paladin for Kul Tirans. Less about the light and holy magic, and more about the seas and elemental (water/lightning) magic?
EDIT: Taking this a step further, I think every race should have a unique specialization or class tbh.
Iām pretty sure paladins or shaman are next.
I believe paladins would be easier because itās just putting light armor on an already existing mount model but on the other hand, this is an elemental-heavy xpac. However, Blizzard started giving each race unique totems so all the new races would need 4 brand new totems.
Weāll see what they do!
I am not sure how thatās going to work for void elves, but I am excited
I donāt know how itās going to work for the race/class combo but whatevs, I canāt wait either!
Actually, Iām really looking forward to a light-based hyena, raptor, moose and wolf.
Orc and Forsaken paladins would probably have easy-ins lorewise. Orcs being converts who escaped Draenor, and former paladins turned Forsaken.
Might be easier to create just one mount for all the new paladins and itās accessible for base paladins.
Such as a Titanforged creature related to Tyrās awakening.
Patience, itās gonna happen.
Warlocks was the final class universally added without racial specific animations.
All the remaining ones have some type of racial uniqueness.
Simple, a void themed armor thalssian charger.
All the human related races can get their own charger recolors too.
Forsaken can have purple with green accents
Kultiran can have green.
Worgen can have that dark blue with gold
Itās totally the mounts. Just like druid will be last due to all the forms.
Now if they are going to do this āall races all classesā thing I would appreciate it if they didnāt go all bargain basement and actually make each class asset (be it mount, forms, or totems) at least somewhat unique. The idea of having off the wall druids but all with the same ābasicā forms sounds like a disaster. If they insist on doing this, donāt do it halfway at the very least.
Agree 100%.
Weāve gone 2 decades without all combos, we can wait a few more years to perfect the models.
Itās actually a lot easier than you might think. āPaladinā is a vague, umbrella term to describe all the current racial paladins, despite each one having a unique interpretation of the class.
Of most things, Paladins seem to be fueled off of three basic, moral principles spelled out (ironically) in Shadowlands through Uther. Different races took these tenants and expanded upon them:
Humans: Martial prowess
Dwarves: Ceremonial traditions
Draenei: Worship of the Naruu
Blood Elves: Leeching from a Naruu (Sorry Belves, but you are the worst race on Azeroth)
Tauren: Worship of Anshe
Zandalari: Worship of Rezan (though, I donāt know how a T-Rex bestows Light with his feeble arms)
Every other race can interpret the tenants of the Paladin in their own way.
I have been worried about the backlash but if we are pushing to get them now then they would need generic mounts/forms.
Thatās why Iām hoping people will kind of cool off and realize itās not a bad thing to wait. I suppose if they fast tracked it they could always update later, I think thatās what they did with the LFD paladin mount it was a generic elekk then they changed it to a talbuk.
I think itāll be shaman next.
The paladin armor can be very interesting and unique.
Look at the recent rams for both dwarves and the LFD talbuks.
I assume people have high expectations for forms and mounts but that quick solution has been similar appearances-- possibly the only solution if the dev team are losing workers.
I hate to say it because I prefer restrictions to races and classes, I guess Iām old school like that.
But at this time they should just remove all class/race restrictions. Which personally I hate since some donāt make sense. Iād prob play an orc Druid lol.
unique spec or class is taking it a bit too far. unique visuals/animations, though, would be neat.
I dunno if itās hard but itās definitely harder than just toggling warlocks.
Iād like to see Void Elf Paladins myself, though the reaction to Lightforged Warlocks suggests Iāll need to stock up on popcorn first
Personally I think VE Pallys should come alongside either a new Shadow Knight spec or some new shadow themed glyphs (or both), but Iād also be fine with VEs just getting the class and an appropriate mount.
