New Instance Limit in WoW Classic

More like they are trying to kill it.

Thanks for ruining the game even more then you could, yet again you suprise whole community with your nonsense changes. Time to unsub and turn this worthless company to its misery caused solely by themselves. Yet another game where you complete your all game backlash, hope you enjoy it and hope your company crumbles

I agree with this! the bots will just create extra accounts and you know its only need $15 and they don’t even need to stole accounts or using stolen credit card.

Because its very small investment with big returns if blizzard keep them alive for 1 months!
$15 investment to create a new account and they can make easily $220-230 a month with 1 account!

How do I report a blue post for trolling and harassment

just reroll man. this can’t be a fun way to play this game. if it is, you’re addicted. just admit it.

As a Feral Druid who farms MCP on the regular, I’ll have to adjust my MCP farm day from the day before raid to a few days earlier. I’ve had some strings of bad luck on the MCP drops and have found myself doing 20 runs just to get 4 MCPs. Combine that with what I did yesterday and might do after… its seems like a low # of resets to me.
I would like to see the dungeon cap moved up to 10 per hour and keep the 30 per 24 hours. Feel like it would help with the SGC,HOJ,MCP farms while keeping the botters “invested”
All in all I feel that any restrictions on a 15 year old game are moot.

Hey blizz if i follow your lead it would be better to just give everyone lvl 60 instantly right… It would stop dungeon boosting… genius.

Not going to fix ANYTHING.

Bots are still going to exist, they are STILL going to be flying through/under the world collecting resources as they see fit.

Private servers have had these issues fixed for years, but Blizzard keeps putting a bandaid on a gunshot wound. If you try to noclip or fly hack on any of the big private servers, you get banned within minutes.

This punishes the legit people who play >6 hours a day. (and can hit instance lockouts)

We’re just going to have more bots moving out of instances now and still exploiting the same thing over and over again. Fix the root of the problem and stop with the bandaid fixes that just punish players.

They want to look like they are doing something to help against botting but they just don’t want to lose out on those sweet sweet botter subs.

The ultimate irony to all of this is… They are effectively punishing all players for a botting issue that they can’t seem to find a solution for. All the while, they’re using their own bots as a piss poor excuse for customer service. Which, again, is hurting legitimate players.

what are people suppose to do with only 1 account? i guarantee at blizzards meeting they just through out some random option to attempt to solve this problem and they all just agreed. i bet blizzard staff all have an extra chromosome

You better send me a HOJ in my mail immediately. I ran anger runs 43 times yesterday, and didnt even see one drop. Way to harm actual players instead of banning the botters.

Because sub money is more important than having integrity with the game.

as per usual though, blizz will leave it up to addon authors to figure out how to track all these instances instead of providing something themselves.

This update helps multiboxers for sure.

Terrible change. You need to add something to the interface so players can see the count at all times, lest they get locked out for raids. Or better yet, revert this stupid change as botters have multiple account to exploit and won’t remotely be affected by this.

Remember when blizzard’s “data” also told them layering was no longer needed, they removed it, and full servers proceeded to have 3k+ queues?

Running for HoJ 43 times a day may be more harmful to you than the dungeon restriction.

This has to be one of the worst changes you have made. This in no way curtails the exploits of bots, but does hurt legitimate players who do many things that can easily add up to 30 unique instances over a 24 hour period.

IF you’re going to screw over all of us, at least give us a method to track this asinine counter.

Botters have characters across multiple servers, so this does nothing but add some extra logistics. Bot on server #1 goes to character on server #2, Bot on Server #2 goes to server #3 and bot on server #3 goes to a character on server #1. Nothing is solved, they just have to rotate servers across accounts to avoid the lockout.
