New Gill'el in-game pet

TECHNICALLY, you could get in game pet on eBay and use the code on TAIWAN, Korea, US and EU.

Could also find the plushie, maybe, one day, but it won’t be cheap.

I missed out on the 20th anniversary shirt in the shop, but I do have 8 coming from the concert.

Technically I could buy a Mercedes GLA 200 I had to money for it.

I’d rather drive my little old Getz and keep all that money for, like, my ongoing existence.

Uh…what?

It was sold out days before thanksgiving

They aren’t the same player.

I personally think it’s ridiculous to link a physical item to a digital item in the gear shop. All in game cosmetics should be in the cahs shop or Trading Post or swap between them both.

I’ll take your word for it random internet stranger. No, I won’t.

$25 in game pet x 5million+ last I recall is more than $35 x 750.

It doesn’t make sense.

Also, a pet based on Thrall, Green Jesus. Warchief of the Horde (we all know Blackhand is the only one)

It’s more like a follow me around pet more than an actual pet battler.

It did get a low rating.

It’s an awesome looking pet, though.

I think players need to realize that WoW is no longer a game where getting every single collectible is a feasible thing to do. It was at some point in the past. That is no longer the case.

There are just too many items, too many limited time events, too many outside promotions, too many things in the trading post, etc, etc to keep up with it.

It’s not WotLK anymore.

Even if we cut out the weird external things there’d still be too many things just in-game to feasibly keep up with 100% of them. You’ve gotta accept that you won’t have a 100% collection.

I mean, sure, but it’s a low rating from all of 2 people on that website, who are probably mad they didn’t get it before it sold out.

I would say that the ability to collect things 100% stopped in 2009 at the latest. Possibly earlier. Depending on how you look at things with the Gate of AQ opening.

i got a prompt to sign up for restock notification on that THrall plushie page, could just have been a random email sign up too i guess

It’s a pet they could’ve put in the cash shop so every region could get it. I don’t think that’s asking too much.

it actually took a few days to sell out

Probably because with shipping and handling, that thing was nearly $50 for something that looks like a five year old made.

It’s still freshly new I suppose your right.

It’ll be a Twitch drop maybe someday.

Correct, but when possible I think the goal should be to maximize the number of people who have the opportunity to get something. In this case they could have had a limited edition plush for $35 that came with the code along with selling the pet for $10 without the plush. 750 people would buy the plush out of the millions that play.
