it would be nice if they gave us a date even if its a estimated one… Like were trying for tomorrow or 2 weeks from today etc. If they have delays we understand that but to say nothing is meh…

Probably because they’re still fixing stuff, relax.
It’s not like it has to be an essay, it could be a very small bit of info such as “yeah we’re working on fixing bugs before we can launch prepatch, here’s what we’re thinking for now:” the radio silence is getting frustrating since maybe people would like to be able to level their characters on fresh or at least submit pto at work

This is a major reason for a lot of the impatience within the community (myself included). Date has been set for the launch of wrath classic. how hard is it to just say the pre-patch date? especially when enthusiasts want to spend their PTO on the game (again myself included).

Yep thats my problem with it too
Given past experience over the last 3 decades with blizz to me its looking more and more like they are no where near prepared for sep 26 and that for the benefit of all they should probably push it out a month longer. They wont though, they never learn and will release the bug laden product they currently have to the detriment of all involved.

I plan to start afresh on one of these realms. I got waaay behind on gold farming in the second half of TBC Classic. Also, there’s just something fun about a fresh server. First few weeks on launch of Classic were just incredible. Sometimes frustrating, but also incredible.

Really excited for fresh start. Got half a dozen friends to come back after they all quit during WoD. Have a great dungeon group formed and nice to play with them all again. But best of all, my son, who was 3 during original Wotlk, will be maining a warrior and he’s 17 now so can enjoy the journey with me.

I definitely agree with everyone else on this. I’m looking forward to fresh servers. The feeling of being too behind has kept me from wanting to delv back into classic. But I feel for fresh servers, players from non fresher servers shouldn’t be allowed to transfer, ever

I was hoping to do fresh start as well, but seeing the economy get destroyed in 3 months by allowing transfers in makes it just pointless.
Yeah there’s really no reason to have fresh servers if someone is just going to swoop on in with a goldcapped character and crash the econ

the date of allowing transfers could possibly move? Seems like fresh start servers will at least be monitored according to the post.
