190ms is not awful. Latin Americans don’t even have a data center, so even with servers labeled as “LA” they still play with 170ms.
yeah i would say that ms matters in maybe 50 ms gaps or seriously more 100 ms gaps, in retail these gaps are huge with haste and w/e but maybe not so much in wotlk
but no flip you blizz for stressing us out like this not cool

Looking at the official realm status, Maladath is showing as a PvP server. Hopefully that’s just a typo?
The server list is up off the launcher and it’s definitely listed as PvP in US East. At least currently…
This is what hurts me the most. The feedback regarding no US PvE server was almost instantaneously listened to and acted on, but our 1000+ posts over the weekend have been entirely ignored.
It feels like they they were entirely dead set on no Oceanic from the beginning but were cruel enough to not make that clear until days before prepatch. 
Why is Maladath a pvp server?

Wow, a final mega **** you from Blizz to OCE. Can’t say I’m surprised.
Please make Skyfury PVP East… US East currently have no balanced PVP servers while US West have Grobbulus.

I was just checking server lists and saw that too. Guessing its a mistake but who knows right now…
Hopefully they notice that before things go live. You know that second downtime because the server is flagged incorrectly would be… meh. Maybe they just figure we won’t notice.
Another group of players having a similarly negative experience isn’t justification for us to just accept the downgrade from what we’ve experienced for the last 8-9 years.
So, uhm. . WHAT HAPPEN??
It is interesting Blue would put Normal and not PvE for the new server…and here we go patch is up and Maladath is showing as PvP…ooops there I go again.
