Actually those are all ‘public’ information and in the US are not considered protected, if you really want to go by the ‘law of the land’. Which isn’t correct by technical definitions, but it’s what the law considers since you only want to go off of Blizzards ‘legal’ policy you should have no issue with all of that PUBLIC information being added in to the forums.

You own nothing, Blizzard does. That’s why you can’t make and sell prints of your character. Blizzard can, at any time, delete your character or anything you “own” because it is their property.
You do not own your character. You did not create the game nor did you create the software or assets required to make the character.
You are borrowing it from Blizzard. Nothing more.

It would be if it was connected to any identifiable information.
That connection though is protected by Blizzard by literally using character names and battle tags.
These are used to protect your PI by being a nondescript and random name, set by you. If you’re using identifiable information in either of those names… Well that’s on you.
