Some of the velf hairstyle has been a common request for belfs. That and beards.
My Velf never used a hair with tentacles cause I never really liked the tentacles. I’d love an option to use some of the other hairstyles without tentacles if that were offered.
(not making my Velf a high elf she’s staying a blueberry).

No, I actually don’t think Blizzard will cave, but I don’t think am I being an alarmist either. .
As someone else put, feedback seems to be a thing right now, and that doesn’t just get to cover feedback that you agree with.
I really don’t think that we need any more helf customization options and I really do believe that people will continue to push for void elves to just become high elves.
You can give your positive feedback all you want, but I am still allowed to voice my concerns as freely. Sorry.

My best guess:
All the skin tones Blood Elves current have including the new SL ones - this seem to be a given based on what the teaser said and showed.
Hair colors - there seems to be a fair chance that several hair colors proliferate though if it happens I’d wager it won’t be all. Probably only the less yellow blondes, some browns and black. I’d be shocked if reds were shared assuming any hair colors are shared at all.
Hair styles - While I think its possible, I’m putting this in the very unlikely category. But who knows? I put the whole High Elf aesthetic on Void Elves in the very unlikely category before the announcement.
Yea, more and more non void options.
I even said above. That’s fine, but I’d like to see some more void options come down the pipeline before we give more non void onces.

Yeah, its important to note that the original post makes no mention of hairstyles or hair colours, so those aren’t a thing. They might become one, but there’s nothing indicating that just yet.
I hope we get some reds, maybe some lighter ones, strawberry blondes.
And there probably will be more void themed things added at some point too.
Your’e right, that is valid feedback, I don’t necessarily agree with it, but it is valid.
I’d like to see some differing shades of blonde and red. Tentacle less of course, but I wouldn’t be opposed to highlights in the vein of the dark iron dwarves.
I.E silver and blonde that fades into blue etc…

I’d be happy with the less saturated blonde, white, brown and black. Maybe a brown that’s on the redder side for those who want to be a ginger. It’s really hard to say what Blizz is going to do. They may not share any hair colors at all.
I’m guessing we’ll find out on the 9th.

If antis spent more time asking for what they want to have rather than complaining and opposing what others want, they’d be much happier by now.
“No, void elves need more void options”, says the person who does not care for void elves at all and is just trying to oppose the ones who are going to be actually playing void elves.

Perfect. If they did that I’d have even less concern. Which, granted, isn’t a huge concern now. Just feedback and opinion.
And that’s fair. I’m not asking for agreement necessarily, just voicing my concern to any imaginary blizz dev that might be listening to all that.
And you’re more than welcome to voice yours as well. I encourage it.
I just think people are asking for more and more non-void options and if Blizzard were to give all of them, then it would start to dilute the themes of the race.
Also, one person straight up asked blizzard to just change the name to high elves already. I have to voice against that right?
Actually I said it because I really like my void elf and have legit concerns, but feel free to strawman away.
Err, I’m open, but tats (Im a sucker for the new tats that a lot of the ARs got), eye colors maybe… skin variation… like almost regular looking but with like void lines or void glow on the arms and legs or something… That sultry hairstyle but with the void dreads… IDK… I’m not very creative.

Around the 9th is a rough time for me, so hopefully we’ll learn something that cheers me up a bit.
I’d like more void options too don’t get me wrong. I like the void aesthetic as much as the High Elf one.
I think the focus on non-void aesthetics right now is due to the fact that… well… we already actually have void aesthetics right now. As well as the whole appeasing those who want High Elves.
Once the new non-void options go live, then I think it will be time to ask for new void options.

Oh and did anyone else see that female gnomes are getting Chibi-Usa’s hairstyle from Sailor Moon? That means someone on the dev team is a fan.
Uhm, please give us adult Sailor Moon’s hairstyle for void elves. Like I would die if we got those long pig tails that go down your back.
