Yeah. I mean, the Orcs have advanced a bit what with throwing metal spikes on them. The Darkspear and Tauren should probably have come along for the ride. At least a faction of them.

I’m a little late on this but well said Starla! I agree, I mostly see BE fans who are BE fans, as in a fan of their story, and their story with the Horde. And as it should be. I also notice we have a connection to Forsaken, both in lore and players, BE fans are often also Forsaken fans, and vice versa. I love that

Yeah, I just hope they show even more new customizations for each race too at the reveal in a few days. I think overall it’s been a good thing for the playerbase. More options the better.

In regards to the first part, maybe because BOTH are perfectly good AND valid stances in the Belf society? I mean, nobody said Belves have to be either power hungry villains OR selfless angels (one of the other… they´re both people).
And in regards to the last part… hard NO. Not in a billion years, specially while the hacks writting the lololore stay in charge.
Several ways to ignore people gal, and you´re an expert employing one particular type.

I realize this was a while back, but just a note on this - this isn’t necessarily true. The ones that go full “Void God” (which is pointed out as a rarity) seem to maybe be permanent, but the ones that just go into Void states do eventually regenerate. We’ve seen two of them do that in game (one in Auchindoun going through its natural cycle, and the other in WoD, although it’s cycle was jump-started by alt!Velen’s sacrifice).
That said, Void Elves aren’t Naaru, and there’s nothing indicating that they’d go through any remotely similar cycles, so your larger point still stands.

Here’s some Void Elf females with the High Elf skin colorus for y’all.
I totally went overboard with the new black option, but it looks so amazing on the females. They can definitely replicate the High Elf look much better than the Void Elf males can.
