The answer is maybe.
But Worgen have two seperate models. Druids/any shape changer swaps models too.
I guess there is always an issue where it’s potentially not an elegant solution.

Is anything in WoW ever though?
The game’s pretty much made out of spaghetti at this point.
Maybe. The old animation system isn’t like the new animation system where everything shares skeletons.
You’re talking like the game was made in 2005 or something and has a ton of legacy backpack issues.
Heavens no!
That would be crazy!
It’s not that simple to upscale the old models. Even the old models were bellow player quality.
You make an alternate model, you need to redo all the textures and many of customization options for the new sizes. And even the same animations need to be adjusted to the new proportions. It’s a lot of work.
Which only apply to those without authenticators for some reason.
Its like he forgets Valeera is stated to be neutral.
She’s neutral. She even hangs out in Dazar’alor.
To be fair, the city is pretty Dazarling.
That’s a stabbing
They at least claimed that because the backpack was hardcoded into the game that any changes to it could have damage to your inventory. But the authenticator thing a couple of years ago does call that into question and apparently it’s not as bad as they thought.
The character creation options are pretty painful though. Glad that’s being fixed.
She’s kind of the only connection between the horde story and the start of 8.3, since it all takes place with wrathion and anduin.
They should just make that Bain and leave valeera the wrynn family assassin she is.
They have?
Sort of neutral. She’s in the visions of Stormwind. Though Varion is dead now and that was her major link to the Alliance.
They’ve now implemented the bag space addition with an authenticator to Classic as well.
Seems like a strange addition to what was supposed to be a time capsule.
She’s neutral. Not sort of.
If you’re loyal to the King of Stormwind and the King of Stormwind is the leader of the Alliance then you’re not really neutral.
Part of the deal was that she retain her own independence. She’s neutral by her own design, because she also sees herself as a blood elf. She does things for the people she’s loyal to.
