I feel a feeling of foreboding with the latest Thronewarmer development concerning Anduin and Turalyon.
Iâm just saying I donât count skintones as a new theme if everything else is still void. Thatâs legit my only argument here. And others have used that to rub it in the face of high elf fans that we are still just void elves.

i noticed if you use certain glove mogs, and have on the t-shirts that have long flared sleeves, you can use your bracers as decorative sleeve ornaments. i dont think the bracelets would work for that but if they did, thatâd be cool.

And yet the Shadow which is the obvious foil to the Light was previously mostly embraced by Horde organisations like the Cult of the Forgotten Shadow, the Shadowmoon Clan and Darkspear is now most visibly represented by an Alliance race.

so turns out the shadow is not nearly as bad as the light, according to pyromancerâs theory.
I think you just have to ignore them. Just like the BE fans have to ignore the HE fans who do the same to BEs who want blue eyes.
And Iâm not arguing against VEs getting more things, but Iâm arguing for BEs to get things too, and rn BE fans are pretty down.
And I do think the diverse skin tones are meant as a second theme I donât know how it couldnât, even with the racial we now have Void or Non Void. Thatâs two themes, itâs not exactly what the HE community wants but itâs not not a second theme either, and it can be worked with by many, and like I said I will continue to advocate for HE fans but not right now when BEs are looking to be getting lack luster things.

I like the jewelry but now Iâm hearing conflicting reports that the male jewelry was removed so is it even a small win for me I donât know.

So, there was a group of us who were asking Blizzard for dark skin tones when they were remaking the models in WoD. They didnât give us that then. Our avatars were the last of the core races and we got a buggy incomplete model.
Then they gave the polished model to Void Elves.
They still havenât fixed the male Blood Elf bow stance.
Our hair is still not rigged when other races are. My ponytail is static mesh.
They gave female blood elves really lackluster jewelry and male Blood Elves jack.
They gave all our skin tones to void elves. Theyâll probably do that with hair and hair color.
They finally gave us brown skin after 5+ years but no afro-ethnic hairstyles to go with.
Weâre getting 2-3 hair colors to go with the above. Which isnât really much but I can see them running out of ideas so this is fine.
Weâre getting 2-3 hairstyles/beards that were just taken from Void Elves. Itâs not really original.
Feels bad man.

Iâve wanted to be a Dark Ranger since Cataclysm, well I wanted a hero class of it, but everyone stops that ask and tells you to play hunter MM. Regardless my hype for it being a possibility through customization with the VE announcement is through the roof but Iâm starting to feel like they forgot about BEs.

If they still look voidy, itâs still void themed. Iâm fine with waiting for more. I donât care if we see their options last after the core races are done. Iâm not saying Iâm ungrateful. All I am saying is that until we know more about what the purpose of the skins are and other potential customization, I am not seeing it as a new theme.
I also donât see it as neglect to blood elves. I am a belf fan. I want more things for them. But I personally like some of what they are getting. Yes, they donât have everything I want for them yet but we have seen some things for them, and I am sure they will get more.

Are you suggesting blood elves should get cosmetic options when VOID ELVES could get EVEN MORE options?

Oh, I hope youâre right.
I also dislike how little BE fans feel we have gotten, but are told to be quiet or wait. Yet the HE list of demands for VEs still reads a mile long, which again I support many of the additional ideas. Iâm just not going to use my voice for them until BEs get more.

I hope I am too! I also want hairstyles shared between some races! The new nelf ones are superb and would be nice shared with belves, and velves, heck everyone share with everyone! The draenei ones are pretty fab too!
I want tattoos for everyone still too, face AND body scars would also be great options. Dark rangers for belves, I donât care much if those traitor dr nelves join us or not. I think Iâd rather just shoot them for abandoning their people to work for the banshee. I think the only way Iâd want them back is if they were mind controlled into serving her.

To be fair you werenât the one who told me to stop asking for BE things. But it has been something Iâve been told by other HE fans who think BEs âhave enoughâ.

So this anti BE/ they shouldnât get anymore sentiment does exist was all I was pointing out. And that is part of the reason why BE fans are upset too I think.
Sort of silly thing to say either way, Alliance have way more customisation options overall than Horde.
